I’m Natalie, and I am so glad you’re here! I hope that we can work together to help you achieve the wellness that you’ve been wishing for and I look forward to getting to know you and your unique story.
I haven’t always been living out my passion by helping others achieve better health. Several personal life situations led me to the decision to become a certified health coach and fitness professional. I was working as a technology industry sales professional, with a crazy travel schedule, little balance, prioritizing my professional career over my family, friends, and my overall health and happiness. Mix my workaholic ways with the devastating news that my mother has terminal cancer, and you have a recipe for pain, burnout, and regret. My mother moved in with us for a few months and I quickly spiraled, choosing work and numbness over reality and feeling, neglecting my loved ones and my health. It unfortunately wasn’t until she passed away that I truly realized my priorities and what a full, healthy life really looked like.
I decided that I wanted to pursue a career that I was passionate about, helping others achieve their personal vision of health. Soon after, I became pregnant with my son Anderson. As I was preparing to become a mother, I realized how many areas of a woman’s health require changes during and after pregnancy –nutrition, movement and exercise, rest, etc. I also realized that there was a lot of outdated information and perceptions about pre & postnatal health and sparse resources for pregnant women for how to deal with these major changes and have the healthiest pregnancy possible. My pregnancy journey fueled my desire to want to help people find their way to wellness, with the realization that I wanted to specialize in working with women…busy working women searching for balance and women in every stage of motherhood. I swapped my briefcase for books and got the health and wellness education I needed to turn my passion into a career.
My mission is to be a leader in the holistic health movement, helping women to achieve their optimal vision of health through health coaching, innovative wellness programs, and personalized support so they can truly thrive.
I believe that everyone deserves to have a team of healing support where health professionals work together to encourage their patient’s holistic wellbeing. I believe that we have to take matters into our own hands, and hire a team of professionals who we trust to guide us towards our personal vision of what it means to be truly healthy.
As a health coach, it is my job to provide this kind of personalized support and the proper amount of time needed to understand your health goals and partner with you to create a customized plan that leads to positive and lasting health behavior changes.
If this approach to your personal health that honors you as a whole person is attractive, then I look forward to working with you!
